Worldline EU available through Acquiring API

As of today, March 16th 2026, the Acquiring API can be used to processes Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions on Worldline's European acquiring instance (WL FS EU). Partners can now use the same easy to use API integration to reach another Worldline acquiring instance, besides the existing Worldline UK connection.

Routing is super easy

You can route transactions and API requests to the different acquiring instance by simply specifying their acquirerId in your API requests. Below table lists all acquirerId values supported by the API.

acquirerId

Description

100022

Worldline EU

100812

Worldline UK

What does this mean for you as a Worldline partner?

The same easy to use API integration is now available to process transactions across multiple Worldline acquiring instances. Your existing API credentials and SDKs can now be used to also process transactions on behalf of your merchants in Europe. No new URLs, no new credentials, no new API or SDK integration needed. Specifying the appropriate acquirerId depending on where each of your merchants have been onboarded is all you need to do.

More to come

In 2026 we are planning to add the ability to route transactions to two other Worldline acquiring instances: Bambora and Worldline Switzerland. Each of them will also have their own acquirerId . Watch this site for this and all the other new extended capabilities coming to the Acquiring API.
